Processing Time

• Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 1-5 business days 

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, but please allow for up to 5 days, and in peak seasons, up to 2 weeks. Thank you for shopping small and handcrafted! We’ll email you when your order is shipped

• “Pre-order” and the Martini Collection have longer-than-usual processing times, with estimated dispatch dates, but please allow for 2-4 weeks

Shipping to Canada

• All Canadian orders receive free Priority shipping, with 1-2 Business Day Delivery and tracking (called “Xpresspost” at checkout)

Shipping to the United States

US orders can choose from the following options:

• Standard: arrives in 5-8 business days after dispatch, with no tracking (free)

• Tracked: arrives in 5-13 business days after dispatch, with tracking included (free)

• Express Tracked: Arrives in 2-3 days after dispatch, with tracking included (charge of $15)

Shipping to Europe & Australia

European and Australian orders can choose from the following options

• International Standard: arrives in 6-12 business days after dispatch, with no tracking (free)

• International Tracked: arrives in 4-7 business days after dispatch, with tracking included (charge of $15.00)
